Thinglink uses interactive elements to tell a story. I decided to do my Thinglink on Little Rock Arkansas which is a place I hope to live in the near future. I highlighted some history points along with fun things to do around the city.
Through the uses of the Google street view app I took 360 degree photos. I choose to get a beauty shot of the Littele Rock River Market just after a storm. A sports shot from a baseball game at The University of Alabama's baseball stadium. Lastly I took a local campus shot of The Universities Ferguson Student Center Plaza.
I used Google slides to create this photo essay on hidden gems in Tuscaloosa. I wanted to focus on this topic because I realized there were several places around town I have yet to go to before I graduate. I think this topic was a good way to highlight areas around a place we as students call home.
I used Google Maps are used regularly to get from point A to point B. I decided to do my Google Map on my hometown of Philadelphia, PA to highlight some of my favorite places around the city that are true highlights and tourist spots.
